PSYC 2025 Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held at 10.45am at O'Sole Mio Restaurant, Boardwalk, Port Solent - Please arrive by 10.30am
Coffee and Tea are available on arrival.
Formal meeting commences at 10.45am

The roles that are being vacated by committee members retiring are:
- Hon Treasurer
- Social Secretary
Election of a new committee for next year. The roles are detailed in the attached document PSYC roles.docx - Nominations are now open, please email your nominations with a proposer and seconder to portsolentyc@gmail.com. Nominations should have the support of the nominee!
Nominations must be received for all roles by 30th September.
An Informal meeting will follow detailing the Social and Rally programmes for Winter 2025/6 and Summer 2026 with the opportunity to ask questions.
Once the meeting has ended, we hope many of you will stay for Sunday Lunch.

Sunday Roast will be available if booked in advance, at £17.95 each. When registering, a non refundable payment in full is required.
Please choose between Roast Beef, Roast Pork and Roast Chicken when registering.
Vegetarian Options are available to order of the main menu with no deposit required - Menu Link (NOTE: in the event of a not taking up the reservation, a cancellation charge may be applied by the restaurant)
Drinks and Desserts are available to order on the day at additional cost - payable on the day directly to O'Sole Mio.
