Chichester harbour is one the
undeveloped coastal areas in Southern England. Bright wide expanses and intricate creeks, a major wildlife haven and among some of Britain’s most popular boating waters.
A premier marina so berth holders can use their free nights
Chichester Marina is located at the eastern end of Chichester Harbour, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty that offers a myriad of quiet anchorages to discover. It is a locked marina and has shallow approaches at some states of tide.
Payment
We will share your registration data with the Marina to allow them to identify you on the Premier Marina System, If you are a berth holder you will be able to use free nights. Otherwise Premier require payment in advance and will invoice you directly. Note that Premier will not accept your booking until the advance payment has been made.
Social Programme
Friday 18th:
6.00 pm Rally Drinks BYO drinks (plus a folding chair & table if you have them) to the grassy area opposite the bird hide and adjacent to M pontoon.
If you would like Pizza / Pasta then we will be collecting money and collating a single order during the afternoon. This will be collected from CHK by a club volunteer at 6.30pm. - Please make your choice from the CHK takeaway menu (https://chkristorante.com/menus/) and then pay Alison. (Cash Only)
Saturday 19th:
11.00 am - Walk Meet in CYC car park at 11am for a walk to Itchenor, stopping off for coffee at Birdham Pool.
5.30 pm Rally Drinks will be held in the bar at CYC
Rally Dinner is booked at the Boathouse at 6.30pm. A £10 deposit per person is required at the time of registering and menu choices (see menu below) are required by email to Alison_martin.edwards@outlook.com by 3rd April
Sunday 20th:
10.30am Walk to Chichester for lunch below or shopping.
12.30 pm Lunch is booked in the Chichester Inn in Chichester from 12.30pm (Main £16.95 - Dessert £7.50 - a £5 deposit is require please select menu choices when booking) get there by bus or by joining the walk.

Navigation
When navigating from Portsmouth Harbour, pass well to the south of the submarine barrier.
Be aware it takes around an hour to navigate from the entrance of Chichester estuary through the busy harbour to lock through into the Marina.
