You are invited to the Spring Bank Holiday 
3-Night Rally, in the beautiful setting of this natural and well-sheltered harbour, which is a ‘Site of Special Scientific Interest’. This is always a popular venue, so register early to avoid missing out. A busy rally, 13/04 only rafting available for some boat sizes.
As it is half term a midweek rally has been organised directly after this to East Cowes, see separate announcement for details, make a longe break of it!
Join us for at our BYO BBQ, a further rally meal, pontoon drinks and a gentle group walk. Or, with this longer event, organize your own local adventures. Alternatively, just chill out!
Registration for Sunday Lunch will close on Friday 3rd May in order that dining arrangements can be confirmed with the Yacht Club.

Friday: 1830 Themed BYO BBQ at the Duver Marquee. The theme is ‘DRESS LOUD’! There will be a £5 per person charge for non members attending the BBQ.
Saturday: 1000 Group Walk or do your own thing
1800 Pontoon Drinks - BYO to the seating in front of Steve's Bar dinner own arrangements.
Sunday: 1400 Carvery Lunch at Bembridge Sailing Club, 2 courses £25pp. Advance menu choices will be needed along with a £10 deposit pp. Lunch menu is shown below. A water taxi will be available £3pp each way.
Payment & Registering
The Bembridge system is different to other rallies. On registration you will receive a rally code. You then need to log on to the harbour website www.bembridgeharbour.co.ukto confirm your Berth. Your rally place is not confirmed until payment has been made to the harbour. Please reply to pending or confirmation email to tell us you've booked. As at 13/04 only rafting spaces are available for some size boats. On line bookings attract a 5% discount and rally rafting a further 5% over calling the harbour.

The tides are good for an late morning arrival (HW Portsmouth 12:50). This is a tidal harbour, check the depth available over the entrance bar for your boat. Live tidal information is available at www.bembridgeharbour.co.uk.
Sunday Lunch at Bembridge Sailing Club
Reservations have been made for rally members and water taxis have been booked for transport to and from. Seating for the meal will beinformal, on long tables. Dress requested by BSC is smart/casual. Card payment available only.
A 2-course meal Starter and carvery or carvery and dessert ' coffee & tea included £25. Any extras including third course and drinks can be purchased on the day.
As this is a large number advanced menu choices and deposits of £10.00 are needed. Deposits which will be held temporarily by the Treasurer. Bookings for the meal will close on Friday 3rd May Cancellation will be accepted up to 1700h 22nd May 2024, by informing the Rally Leaders directly. Thereafter, the deposit will be retained by BSC.
