Lymington Dan Bran Pontoon stopover - Lymington river and its approaches offer a peaceful haven for boats, a beautiful river and harbour area, with friendly and professional service to all.

The historic market town is full of interesting shops, designer boutiques, pubs, cafes, restaurants and accommodation. The Saturday market, dating back to the 13th century, is held on the High Street and is popular throughout the year.

Just a short stroll to the centre of town, the 650ft Dan Bran long pontoon is unique in the Solent, as a walk ashore destination where rallies of up to 50 (10m) boats can be moored together, thus making for a real party atmosphere.

Weymouth Harbour - Weymouth Harbour (not to be confused with Weymouth Marina) offers an array of things to do, with beautiful golden sands sprinkled with deckchairs, safe shallow waters, an action packed events programme, and attractions you won’t be disappointed with. Weymouth's Blue Flag winning beach is consistently recognised as one of the top ten beach destinations in Europe, and it's easy to see why. So grab your towel, a good book and head to Weymouth beach!

Portland Marina is right on the South West Coastal pathway, where you can walk to the famous Portland Bill. The neighbouring & fantastic Chesil Beach, is truly a wonder of the world, and one of the most beautiful parts of the British Isles to watch the sun go down. The sheltered, crystal clear waters and rugged rocks are your playground. Paddle, climb, fish, dive, sail, and kayak in the safe waters in & around the harbour.

For those who wish to continue their voyage onwards to the West Country, Portland Marina is an excellent stopping point to break the journey.
